AIM
The aim of this course is to provide managers, supervisors, and workers
with an awareness of the hazards related to confined space. It will introduce
trainees to the safe and correct procedures for entry into, working with
in, and basic rescue from a confined space.
CONTENT
This programme will cover applicable government regulations, as well
as a review of the Code of Practice of working in a confined space environment.
Trainees will acquire knowledge through a combination of lecture presentations,
group discussions, film presentations and equipment demonstrations.

PREREQUISITES
A registration form completed and submitted prior to the course
CERTIFICATION
All persons who successfully complete the course based on the performance
standards will receive a Survival Systems Industrial certificate
for Confined Space Awareness
